Integration as a Service is unlike any other service we offer. It is a cloud-based solution and the simplest way to acquire integrations without worrying about resources, technology, or daily operations.
Development
You can order integrations through our service (SPIN) by simply filling out a form. The form includes automatic guidance to ensure your request is accurate. Once submitted, the order is categorized based on its complexity and size. Our developers will then create the integration for a fixed price within a specified timeframe.
During development, you can monitor the status of your order through our portal. After deployment, you can track usage and invoicing directly from the portal.
Platform
We have partnerships with numerous cloud providers and will choose the cloud platform that best suits your needs. You won’t need to manage additional partnerships, as we handle everything for you, including agreements, SLAs, and invoicing administration with supporting service providers.
As part of this service, we stay up-to-date on lifecycle changes to platform components and proactively update integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
Run-time
Through our portal, you can check for any ongoing incidents, report your own issues, and track them easily. The portal also provides clear and straightforward invoicing information, eliminating the need to navigate complex cloud pricing plans that frequently change.
If you have more than five integrations, we offer discounted pricing for additional integrations. For customers with more than 20 integrations, we can provide a customized pricing plan.
